GOLDLABEL · EMAIL

Email connection privacy

Connecting Google or Microsoft lets GoldLabel send emails you compose and explicitly approve from your own mailbox. The connected address must match your profile sending email. Gmail inbox access is optional. If you enable it, GoldLabel checks incoming sender metadata and saves only messages matching the main or additional contact emails of your assigned customers (all company customers for CEO/COO mailbox owners). Initial import covers the last 30 days of Gmail Inbox. Unmatched messages are discarded, and original attachments stay in Gmail.

Connection tokens are encrypted on the server. Email preferences and templates are personal. Saved drafts are private to the sender; submitted email history can be read by workspace members who already have access to that lead. GoldLabel retains recipients, message text, attachment references and sending results with the lead.

Sales reps can read imported mail from their own connected mailbox for leads currently assigned to them. The CEO and COO can read matched customer correspondence across connected company mailboxes, with a personal view available. Opening a message clears only your GoldLabel notification; it does not mark the Gmail message read. Stop inbox checks in Settings to pause receiving without disconnecting sending. GoldLabel does not use Google mail data for advertising or model training. Use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

When you send, the recipient address, subject, message and selected lead files are sent to your connected email provider. Microsoft access also permits GoldLabel to create outgoing drafts and upload attachments; interrupted preparation can leave an unsent draft in Outlook. Files reach the recipient as email attachments, outside GoldLabel’s access controls.

Disconnect in Settings → Email to remove GoldLabel’s stored mailbox credentials. You can also revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account. Disconnecting does not delete saved lead email history or messages already sent. Contact your workspace administrator for requests concerning customer records.

Provider processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
