GOLDLABEL · MAPS AND ADDRESSES

Maps and address privacy

When an authorized member opens a lead, GoldLabel sends the saved property address to Google Maps Platform to find outdoor Street View imagery. This request does not include the homeowner’s name, phone number, notes, insurance details or documents.

GoldLabel checks lead access before requesting an image. Street View previews are displayed temporarily and are not saved as uploaded lead photos or retained in the app’s photo storage. Google processes the address and technical request information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Opening a Google Maps link takes you to Google, where its privacy policy applies. Your browser sends the selected address to Google to open that location.

When Google Maps is enabled, map views send the visible map area and technical request information to Google. Address suggestions send the text you type and, only if you choose Use my location, a location bias. GoldLabel keeps only the address you select for that lead; suggestion lists are temporary. The existing Geoapify geocoder supplies durable property coordinates from the selected address. No lead names, notes, financial details or documents are sent with map requests.

This notice describes maps, address suggestions and property imagery. For questions about a saved lead or your workspace’s handling of customer information, contact your GoldLabel workspace administrator.
