GoldLabel is Gold Label Roofing’s app for coordinating roofing work. Authorized team members manage leads, schedule inspections, organize job photos and documents, communicate with customers, and record job values and payments.

For customers and referral participants

The client portal lets verified participants refer friends, request inspections, and track referral progress and rewards. You do not need to purchase a roof to participate. Program eligibility, funding, and the accepted referral terms determine whether rewards are earned.

Create a client account

For teams and crews

Employee tools require an invitation and workspace permissions. The separate crew portal shows only assigned, scheduled work, permitted photos, crew uploads, scope, and crew charges. Creating a client account does not grant employee or crew access.

Optional Google connections

Authorized team members can connect their own Google mailbox to send emails they compose. Optional Gmail inbox access imports matching customer replies into job threads. Connected calendars support availability checks, appointment coordination, and the account owner’s calendar view. Each connection requires your authorization; unrelated customer records are not public.
