Terms of Service

1. Accounts and authorized access

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Use your own account, keep credentials and verification codes private, and report suspected unauthorized access. Employee and crew access require an authorized invitation or assignment. A client/referral account does not grant employee permissions, access to unrelated customers, or authority to change job or payment records.

You may use only information and features you are authorized to access. Management may suspend access to protect customers or the business; suspension does not erase earned payment obligations, signed documents, or required history.

2. Responsible use

Do not access another person’s account, bypass permissions, probe or disrupt the service without explicit authorization, upload malware, impersonate others, submit fraudulent referrals or payments, or use the app for unlawful activity. Do not share private customer records outside their authorized purpose.

You are responsible for having permission to submit contact information, photos, documents, and messages. Obtain the homeowner’s permission before referring them or requesting an appointment on their behalf. Respect privacy, copyright, and applicable communication-consent requirements.

3. Roofing work, scheduling, and documents

The app coordinates roofing inquiries and work. An inquiry or inspection request does not guarantee a booking, insurance approval, construction start date, or roof purchase. Requested or held appointments may require homeowner confirmation and staff availability checks.

Separate estimates, roofing contracts, approved worksheets, and other job agreements govern their own work scope and prices. These app terms do not replace those agreements. Review a document and its signing disclosure before approving it. Signing a job document has its own effect under that document; simply browsing these pages does not sign an estimate or worksheet.

Map imagery and measurements may be incomplete or outdated and do not replace a property inspection or professional judgment. Our maps terms also apply to map features.

4. Referral program

Customers and noncustomers may participate. Eligibility, accepted attribution, funding, qualification, rates, and payout timing follow the version of program terms accepted for the applicable referral. Recruiting participants or creating accounts alone earns no reward. Potential rewards are estimates, not guaranteed earnings.

Each participant has one referring parent. Self-referrals, circular chains, duplicate claims, false contact permission, and fraudulent attribution are prohibited. A referral may require review or waitlisting before funded acceptance. Later referrals retain the applicable recorded ancestry.

Earned rewards and actual payments are distinct. Payment batches or exports do not confirm money was sent. Legitimately earned obligations are not automatically erased by later job cancellation; documented corrections or fraud adjustments follow the program’s audited process. The portal displays the applicable program rules.

5. Customer and crew financial records

Payment entries record money actually received or returned; they do not initiate bank transfers. Customer balances, credits, refunds, and crew charges depend on approved work and valid ledger records. Report discrepancies before relying on an incorrect entry.

Crew proposals require authorized approval. Recording work progress does not itself approve labor charges, advance the customer’s sales stage, or send a crew payment. Separate crew/job agreements continue to govern the work.

6. Connected services and communications

Optional Google, Microsoft, calendar, map, and communication services require applicable provider authorization and terms. You may disconnect them through available Settings or revoke access with the provider. GoldLabel requests permissions for the enabled features and handles Google API data under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

You remain responsible for recipients and content you choose to send. Email attachments and messages leave the app and can be retained by recipients. Delivery depends on provider availability and actual sending results. Do not use the app to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

7. Content, availability, and account closure

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit Gold Label Roofing and necessary service providers to process that content to deliver the app’s disclosed services. This does not authorize selling Google data or using it for advertising or general-purpose model training.

We maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every entry, provider response, or third-party image is error-free. Verify material job and payment information and preserve important documents. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

To close an account, request correction or deletion, or report an issue, contact info@goldlableroofing.com. Access may end while required job, financial, signature, and audit records remain under the Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not cancel separate contracts or legitimate unpaid obligations.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the app changes and provide notice of material changes when appropriate. New general app terms do not silently replace the accepted rate/terms version of an existing eligible referral or a signed job agreement. These terms operate subject to applicable law and do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
